How to Apply

To apply for membership in the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology as a Main member or Affiliate, download the following documents, complete the application, and submit all necessary documentation according to the instructions.

All sub-affiliates and NCORP components and sub-components must complete an abbreviated application which should be accompanied by a letter from the network PI explaining the relationship between the sub-affiliate(s)/sub-component(s) and the parent site.  The application should be uploaded in RUMS or NCORP-SYS.
